Anthony B. Lewis BSc FRICS MIOD

A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Anthony has a considerable number of years experience in the Commercial Property sector.

Educated at Seaford College and then completed a BSc in Land Administration at North East London Polytechnic, qualifying in December 1983 and elected a fellow in February 1996.

Commencing in the early 1980’s with Rapleys, Anthony as an equity partner set up the Industrial and Commercial team, working from the Mayfair London office, with a focus on the corporate sector of Footsie 100 companies advising on the Development,  Sale/Acquisition, Managment of Industrial/Warehouse and Out of Town Retail properties throughout the UK.

In 1999, ABL Group was set up to provide Asset Management expertise to a number of private property Companies and individuals. Anthony was a Member the Global Property Investors advisory board, with specific emphasis on Retail/Distribution and Office Development and Asset Management in the EU.

Recent projects have included, the acquisition/sale, development and refurbishment of warehouse/industrial premises, together with London, West End office and shops.
